Rachel Irwin moved to Colorado from her home town of Waco, Texas in 2010 to attend CU Boulder. There, she majored in Psychology and played basketball and volleyball for the Buffaloes. She began her real estate career in 2018 and brought her strong work ethic and competitive nature to the fast-paced Denver market.

Rachel recently joined New Roots Realty because of the focus on a personalized approach and honest service offered to each homebuyer or seller. She prides herself in making the process as stress free as possible, by preparing clients ahead of time, for what to expect through each unique transaction. She understands the value in local expertise and specializes in the northern metro markets of Arvada, Westminster, Broomfield, Louisville, and Thornton.

Outside of real estate, Rachel enjoys getting outdoors with her husband and dogs, attending any CU sporting event, being active at her church, traveling near and far, and coaching high school volleyball and basketball.
